CLAN WAR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

I figured when we do begin participating in clan wars, i need to lay down the rules concerning what the requirements are for participating in said clan wars.
So here they are:

- Player must be confident fighting diamond/masters level players
- Player must be active clan member, and willing to effectively participate
- Player must be available at correct times, and play a good, well-mannered game (kinda ironic)
